Inspection Services in Iraq, delivered by GCQM
GQCL is accredited by EGAC as an Inspection Body Type A in compliance with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 and ILAC P15. Through GCQM, Iraqi operators in oil & gas, infrastructure, telecommunications, manufacturing, food production and hospitality receive impartial, technically effective inspection with internationally recognised reports.
Inspections are performed by qualified inspectors, including ASNT Level II NDT personnel, following recognised British, European, ASTM and API standards.

Scope and details
Lifting equipment & accessories
Inspection to BS 7121-2-3, BS EN 13414 and BS EN 13889 for cranes, slings, shackles, hoists and related accessories.
Non-Destructive Testing
Magnetic Particle Testing (ASTM E709), Liquid Penetrant Testing (ASTM E165) and Ultrasonic Testing (ASTM E164) by ASNT Level II inspectors.
Tubular goods & rig inspection
CAT III, CAT IV and CAT V inspections based on DS-1, API 5CT and API 4G for drilling contractors and oilfield service companies.
Pre-shipment & conformity
Independent verification of machinery, consumer goods, raw materials and bulk shipments against contracts and international standards before delivery or export.
Food industry & restaurants
Hygiene and food-safety inspections aligned with HACCP and ISO 22000 principles for producers, caterers and hospitality.
