1. Who we are
Global Certificate for Quality Management Limited Liability Company ("GCQM", "we"), District 915, Alley 8, House 9, outside Babil neighbourhood, Karrada, Baghdad, Iraq. GCQM is the exclusive agent in Iraq of Global Quality Certification Ltd (GQCL), United Kingdom.
2. Data we collect
When you use our contact or application forms we collect the information you provide: name, organisation, position, email address, phone number, sector, size of organisation and the details of your enquiry. We also collect standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and performance.
3. How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, plan audits and inspections, deliver training, and, where you become a client, to fulfil our contract with you and the accreditation requirements of GQCL and its accreditation body. We do not sell personal data.
4. Sharing
Application data is shared with GQCL, our principal, for certification decisions and register maintenance. Certified organisation names, certificate numbers, scopes and status are published on the GQCL public register as required by ISO/IEC 17021-1. We use trusted service providers for hosting and email delivery.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is kept for up to two years. Client and audit records are retained for the period required by accreditation rules (at least one full certification cycle plus one).
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us on +964 773 311 9911. We will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
This website uses only strictly necessary cookies (including one that remembers your language) and local storage needed for it to function. Embedded maps may set their own cookies subject to Google's privacy policy.
